Donna is the hub for all of our business activity. A short list of duties is not indicative of all the responsibilities she takes on, not the least of which is making me look good. In a service oriented business, everyone should have a Donna.
Donna joined NM as Gary's assistant in October 1994. Became associate financial representative in 2001. Prior to joining Gary, had a 20-year career in a major life insurance company's home office, working in a customer service and compliance capacity.
